e. Guest Account Creation

When you complete a purchase as a guest, we automatically create a monitoring dashboard account using the name and email address you provide at checkout, so that you can track the impact and status of your order. f. Partner & Vendor Data

If you are engaged with us as a planting partner, vendor, or local farmer ("Mitra"), we may additionally collect government-issued identification data necessary for verification, compensation, and tax-reporting purposes, including your Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK) and Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP). This data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized personnel for these purposes.

When you submit an inquiry through our "Let's Collaborate" or Contact Us form, the information you provide may be processed and stored using third-party lead management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to help our team review, track, and follow up on your inquiry.

We use an automated verification service to help confirm that form submissions are made by a genuine visitor rather than an automated program. This service may process technical information about your browser and device, and in some cases your IP address, solely for this purpose

If you purchase a product or service that includes a digital certificate (e.g., a tree-planting or carbon offset certificate), we use third-party cloud-based tools to generate the certificate and send it to the email address you provide, or, where applicable, to the email address of your designated recipient.

We may use third-party Service Providers to show advertisements to you to help support and maintain our Service.

f. Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. Xendit).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

9. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under 18. If you become aware that a Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and we recommend that you review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes take effect on the Effective Date stated in the updated version.
